Teaching RSA and Sensitive Topics with Confidence in Secondary Schools

Description

This interactive, participatory webinar is designed to increase the confidence of colleagues in secondary schools who teach potentially sensitive topics.

Delivered in 2 x 90-minute sessions, participants will be guided through a series of presentations and reflections to give them a greater understanding of some of the challenges teachers face and evidence-informed ways to effectively address these concerns.

The webinar will be delivered ‘live’ to participants and so there will be opportunities for breakout rooms, small and whole-group discussions, to enhance the learning experience and share good practice.

Participants will leave with practical examples of good practice that they will be able to apply in the classroom to improve the learning and life chances of the students they teach.
