Costa Constantinou (BA, PGCE, MA) is deeply committed to professional development, leadership, and enhancing the quality of all students’ education. Through close collaboration with teachers and leaders, he endeavours to positively impact the learning environment, supporting schools in moving forward as they consider appropriate.

Sharon career in education spans over 30 years, with experience of school senior leadership, including Headships. She possesses excellent skills and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, curriculum development and assessment strategies. Her areas of expertise include school leadership, early years and primary education, quality assurance and assessing and evaluating the effectiveness, levels of performance and the impact of school improvement. She has substantial experience of working both in the UK and internationally as a trainer, coach and education consultant supporting school improvement in primary, secondary and tertiary education. She holds a Coaching Senior Practitioner Level accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
