When I first qualified as a teacher back in 2002, I had the grand idea that I knew what I was in for. Spoiler alert: I didn’t! Most of us would probably agree that our first classroom experience felt a bit like diving into the deep end of a pool we hadn’t learned to swim in yet.
Costa Constantinou (BA, PGCE, MA) is passionate about delivering high-quality CPD that helps schools and teachers see the real impact of their investments in professional development. Having worked in three secondary schools in London, Costa now collaborates with schools globally, believing that school leaders must provide the best learning environments for their teachers. He strives to enhance learning environments and support schools’ progress by working closely with teachers and leaders.
