The Lead Practitioner Programme for International Schools is a 12–18-month developmental pathway designed to support highly effective classroom practitioners in becoming whole-school CPD leaders.
The programme draws on current research into effective professional development, the impact of Teaching and Learning Communities, and “A School Leader’s Guide to Leading Professional Development” by Costas Constantinou, Veema’s Director of Education. Throughout the programme, Lead Practitioners (LPs) work collaboratively to establish shared goals and define the impact they aim to achieve within their schools. Participants also gain access to Veema’s Leadership Hub and CPD resources, updated fortnightly, to support ongoing development and foster collaboration across an international professional network.
