 Thursday 28 April 2022  Webinar

This short CPD webinar will introduce how Instructional coaching can be used to improve teaching and learning through effective lesson observation feedback.

Webinar Description:

Whether your school’s lesson feedback system seems to be working well, or team members are progressing inconsistently because of a feedback system not yet fit for purpose, using instructional coaching can support your whole team to develop a high quality, embedded teaching and learning approach across your school using some simple techniques. Open questioning, active listening, and a culture of professional discussion for improved performance all equate to a developed team, developed capacity and developed teaching and learning for your students. The areas Laura will cover are taken from our ‘Leading Teaching and Professional Development– Establishing an Effective cohort of Lead Practitioners’ programme.
