Best practice indicates that Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) should have regular opportunities to reflect on and improve their practice. This essential update does just that; you will reflect on new research from this academic year that is pertinent to current issues in schools and identify how best to incorporate it into your practice. You will have the opportunity to identify the issues that starting this academic year will present and how to overcome them. You will have the opportunity to discuss these challenges with your colleagues from other school
